Our Christmas Tree

Luckily, I put our Christmas tree up over the long weekend - before I was ordered to "keep my feet up!" Not much longer now!!

Bayley Pictures

Bayley Turned One!!

Can you believe it? Little Bayley is one year old already (November), and doing well! She is living with my sister Michelle, and my mom and dad in Spencerport. She recently got her own room and is loving it! Here's some more recent pictures of our little Bay Leaf!

Thanksgiving 2008

The doctor nixed our travel for Thanksgiving, so Dan's parents were nice enough to come and visit us over the long weekend. It was a fun time - Kathy was lots of help cooking all the traditional dishes, and Dan got to deep fry his first turkey (which I admit, did turn out fabulous!).

Me at 35 weeks

35 Weeks and Counting!!

The Nursery

Our baby furniture got delivered finally! It's a dark espresso color, a little darker than we expected, but it looks nice in the nursery. It's almost finished, just needs a few more little decorations, which I'll post pictures of soon! Little Baby C. has nicer furniture than we do! :)

Our Baby Shower

Our baby shower was held back in Rochester in October at Brook Lea (thanks to Aunt Ellen and Uncle Jim). It was a great day - I got to see all our friends and family, although those kind of things always go by so fast! And daddy to-be was happy, he got to play some golf with the boys! Thanks to all those who planned the shower - Laura, Jane, Ambre, our moms, sisters and family members!! We got so much stuff for Baby C. that my parents had to come the next weekend with another carload!

Laura, Andrew and Michael visit

In August, Laura, Michael and little Andrew made the trip to Michigan. We had our local "Milford Memories" festival that we went and hung out at...Andrew is such a cutie - talking up a storm! I can't believe how fast they grow up! (Which I'm sure I'll be really feeling soon!). A little funny story - Dan ate something that didn't really agree with him at the festival, well, when Laura got home, Andrew wanted to call "Poopie Dan!" Too funny! Since now we're known as Tracey and Poopie Dan in their house!!

Baby C....Six Months and Counting

Well, here I am! I'm getting bigger daily and everything's going great. Baby C is turning out to be quite a kicker! We just went out and bought our baby furniture today, and Daddy is going to start painting the nursery this weekend. The theme is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (picture is off the Pottery Barn Kids website). We'll post pictures as we go!

If you'd like to see the furniture collection, go to http://www.bonavita-cribs.com/peyton.html and pick "Room 4" under Peyton.

Labor Day 2008

We headed back to Keuka Lake for Labor Day weekend for some fun at the lake. To our surprise, we have ANOTHER new niece, little Katie-Daisy....as you can see, she's furry and very cute! Kathy, typically not a dog person, couldn't even resist!

Dan's Parents 40th Anniversary

To celebrate Dan & Kathy's 40th, they took the family to Lane Guest Ranch in Estes Park, CO. We had a blast! It was a little like being at camp, we got to stay all together, and there were lots of activities...horseback riding, hiking, swimming, we even went to the rodeo. We stayed at about 8,000 feet, and at one point, hiked up to 10,000. There wasn't too much trouble adjusting to the altitude (some of us had different reactions) but it was totally worth it. The views were awesome!

Scott & Holly, June 2008

We went to Scott & Holly's wedding in June in Siesta Key, FL. I would highly recommend the beach wedding....it was gorgeous. Even though I'm about 3 months pregnant by this time, we went and had a great time! We also got to catch up with Dan's college buddy, Ryan, and his family, Kira, little Declan and finally got to meet little Brinn!

Bayley

We hung out with our new niece in April! Little Bayley at 6 months. Dan and her bonded!

The "Dan's So Blue He's Turning 30 Party"

For Danny's 30th, his parents came to visit, and so did Uncle Jim and Aunt Ellen....which was a surprise! We had a limo and went to see the Blue Men Group, which didn't turn out EXACTLY as I expected, but it was great having everyone to help us celebrate!

New Year's Eve 2007

We brought in 2008 with our neighbor and local friends at the bar down the street.

Redecorating

I finally got my new living room furniture, and Danny got his flat screen tv! I also decided that I didn't like the colors I originally painted our office and bathroom, so I've redone those too!

Christmas 2007

The first picture is of our Christmas tree....we headed back to Rochester for the Holiday where we got to see lots of friends and family. We spent Christmas Eve at Uncle Jim's and Aunt Ellen's (and got to see a comedy show with them and their fun friends!), had some friends over to my mom's, and luckily, were able to make Laura & Michael's annual "Dirty Christmas Party!"

Girls Visit November 2007

Alicia, Ambre, Melissa and Renee made the trek to visit us in November. It ended up being a fun weekend! I took them to see Ann Arbor, then hung out around town...they got to experience the fun of MVP which you'll see, especially Ambre enjoyed! (MVP is a local bar that's truly like hanging out in someone's basement!)

Jason & Emily's wedding, October 2007

Dan's friend from high school got married in October back in Rochester. It was a great time -- they catered to our table with a lot of Bon Jovi! Here's a picture of Dan and the boys, and the funnest table!

Our first anniversary

We spent our first anniversary in Chicago. We stayed at the House of Blues, which was very cool and modern, saw 'Wicked' and went on a river tour. I even took Dan shopping for a bit on the Miracle Mile - we had a great time!
